POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for inspecting finished product produced by Automation Line   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES:
  • 100% Inspection of all corners of each gasket produced by Automation
  • Repair Minor defects
  • Set up racks for use (remove old tags/wipe off)
  • Pack all good/inspected parts on shipping rack
  • Track & record all defects found
  • Scrap unrepairable defects as time allows
  • Communication with Line Operator, QA Inspector and Management when quality issues arise.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area.
  • Additional work as assigned by your Supervisor
  QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to perform tests using and be able to read a ruler. Must be able have good verbal and written communication skills, follow written instructions, schedules and specs. Must be able to understand and visually detect defects.
